Dino spin v1.0.0.16

This game is a entry for the ludum dare jam. Some updates where made little by little untill we got at the current version 1.0.0.16 with some bug fixes and level design edit, such as:

• Improved the controll of the egg
• Changed some objects position or certain levels
• Some old levels where removed since they were poorly designed
• Fixed a bug where the egg could be destroyed and landed on the nest at the same time.
• Fixed a bug where a the gamepad controll 
• Some other minor fixes like changing the color and size of texts
